Tiki Barber ripped Eli Manning’s leadership abilities on prime TV. He even said that Eli’s 
attempt at an offensive meeting in the 12th week of the last season was “comical” at times. Hardly what you would expect from a normally polished Tiki Barber.
Eli has fired back at Tiki suggesting that Tiki caused the team distractions last season announcing his early retirement and he questioned whether Tiki played with heart at the end of the season.
Comments from the rest of the Giants team including fellow players and coach Coughlin have been extremely supportive of Eli and most of them were surprised that Tiki would have said such things.
The general theme from the Giants is one of support and respect for Eli and admonishment of Tiki’s ramblings.
