Kenny Lofton played in his first game with the Indians this season.  He did great.  The Indians won 10-4.  Lofton batted second in the order and played in left field.  He has always been a leadoff hitter and played in center field.  It looks like he will do fine in his new spot in the order.  He ended up with three hits.  Lofton should contribute some each game for the Indians.  Johnny Peralta had a three run homer and a two run shot.  Cleveland is now 6-0 against the defending AL Central champion.  The Twins are barely hanging on in the playoff race.  The Twins have a chance to make the playoffs, but right now it is not going good for them.  The Indians are in good position for making the playoffs and should finish the season strong.  Hopefully Lofton plays well for the Indians and has some fun.
