AFC Prevails

The AFC beat the NFC 31-28. It was a very interesting game. Peyton Manning played well in the first half completing some passes. In the first quarter Drew Brees dislocated his left elbow. Fortunately for him and the Saints it was not his throwing arm. Marc Bulger came in and replaced him for the NFC. Marc Bulger completed a lot of passes and did excellent. Tiki Barber got a touchdown to give them the lead. Then Adalius Thomas returned a fumble 68 yards for a touchdown. The score was then 14 14. In the second half Reggie Wayne caught a 72-yard touchdown pass over Devin Hester. The AFC were ahead 28-14 at the start of the fourth quarter. Steven Jackson got a touchdown for the NFC to make it 28-20 because they missed the two point conversion. Then Anquan Boldin got a touchdown and Steve Smith got a 2-point conversion. The game was tied. The AFC got the ball and started to drive down field. Chad Johnson got plowed over by Adrian Wilson and got a pass interference call on the goal line. Nate Kaeding hit a field goal with 2 seconds left and won the game for the AFC.
