The Ohio State Buckeyes knew the wait would be worth it and Greg Oden could wait to impress. Oden got his first action as a Buckeye and the crowd was very pleased at his performance. Oden tossed in 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in his first outing.
Oden made a couple spectaular blocks and received standing ovations for his effort as he seemed like a man among boys. If the NBA hadn’t changed their early entry Greg Oden would have been a number one pick in the nBA draft. Oden has all the tools and with him in the lineup the Buckeyes are going to be tough to deal with.
