Unranked South Florida shocked West Virginia 24-19 and hurt the Mountaineers chances of a BCS game with this loss. South Florida played great defense and slowed down Slaton and White of West Virginia to preserve the win. This win should put South Florida in a good bowl game.
It’s been a long time since you could talk about South Florida as a good football team. They are headed in the right direction and with this win they will especially help them when it comes to recuriting.
