Jimmy Johnson took the flag at Martinsville Sunday and climb to less than 50 points of the Nextel Cup lead as Jeff Burton has some bad luck. Burton finished 42 as he had engine trouble. Like I said before you never know what can happen in a race.
Denny Hamlin finished second and tried his best to pass Jimmy Johnson in the final 5 laps but he couldn’t do it. Bobby Labonte finished a strong third which is what Petty Enterprises needed about now.
