Terrell Owens made an apperance at Cowboys training camp today and probably it was a good idea that he has returned if he has any hopes of playing in the season opener. Bill Parcells expects players to practice if they want to see action on Sundays.
If T.O. doesn’t practice don’t look for Parcells to play him. Bill will put someone else in the game that has practice before he puts in a player who has seen little action on the practice field
