Floyd Landis the darling of the cycling world in the United states has failed his second drug test and now isn’t even considerd the Tourdefrance winner. It’s a shame byut rules are rules and this will follow Landis wherever he goes and whatever he does.
Landis will find it hard to shake this from his resume and it will haunt him for a long time. it will be interesting to see what his next steps are as far as trying to keep his title and clearing his name.
