Now I know the chances of mariano Rivera being named an MVP in the league is probably very remote but he should get some consideration at least. This man has been the model of consistency year after year and this year is another example of it.
Rivera is almost an aoutmatic save everytime Joe Torre hands him the ball in the eighth or ninth inning. Not alot of relievers you can say that about. If the Yankees are going to make the playoffs they are going to ride the shoulder of mariano Rivera once again.
