What can you really say about the seattle seahawks after there impressive run to the Super Bowl last year. Thre Seahawks bring almost everyone back from last years team and look to make another run at the Super Bowl. Now I like Seattle alot but this years NFC will be alot tougher.
Seattle must stay healthly if they want to repeat and Shaun Alexander must have an MVP year for this to happen again. I will be honest they will easily win the NFC West, but another trip to the Super Bowl I just can’t see it. Sorry Seattle fans.
