The New York Yankees lost one of there key components in the outfield when Hideki Matsui broke his left wrist against the Boston Red Sox. Matsui is scheduled to be out at least three months with the injury. The Yankees might try and pick someone up but usually the Yankees just promote from inside the organization.
Losing Matsui hurts the Yankees but it won’t be the end of the world as they have plenty of talent in the minor leagues to bring up to take his place.
