It may not be a household name like Monk, Warfield, Owens but Jimmy Smith made his niche in the NFL football world by showing up every week and playing hard on every down. You never heard Smith complained or gripe about not getting the ball enough you just watched him perform week after week trying to win games.
Smith has decided to retire as he doesn’t feel he can give 100 percent to the fans and his football team so he is hanging it up before it’s too late and he can’t walk anymore. He’s leaving on top and that’s the best way to go if you ask me.
