Time for our Friday addition of news and Notes so let’s get the ball rolling. Anna Benson filed for divorce from her husband pitcher Kris Benson of the Baltimore Orioles. Many people think that Anna was the cause for the Mets trading Kris. Apparently Kris was caught messing around with one of her friends.
I guess I really shouldn’t be surprised but the interview with tiger Woods was basically scripted. They were only allowed to ask certain questions and certain things were off limit. Why even give an interview tiger?
Looks like the Brandon Phillips era in Cleveland is about over as the Tribe looks like they will trade him to the Phillies. The Indians had high promise for him but it never happened.
In a surprise rating winner the NASCAR telecast beat the NCAA basketball tournament game between George Mason and Connecticut. I guess it’s time to realize NASCAR is not a regional sport anymore.
