Conference USA were heavily criticized Monday for giving Houston Coach Tom Pender a technical as he got light headed and fell to his knees. The officials felt he was arguing a call and was given a technical foul. Pender was taken off the floor on a stretcher and given oxygen. After the officials see him getting medical attention they never rescinded the technical.
Conference USA wasn’t happy with there officials and said these officials will have action taken against them for what was call poor judgment in the light of what happen to Coach Pender. They officials definitely could have use better judgment in reversing the call, but they decided not to.
