The Ohio State Buckeyes ended the season with a big win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and could end next season as National Champions. The Buckeyes lost a lot on the defensive side of the ball and will have to plug those holes quickly, but with the offense they have scoring points will be no problem.
The Buckeyes are already considered the front runner for the National Championship in many pre season polls. The Buckeyes will have quarterback Troy Smith back to lead the offense and he will have plenty of weapons to choose from. Ted Ginn Jr will be the main playmaker, but remember the name Chris Wells as a freshman he could make an instant impact. The only really tough game Ohio State has is when they have to travel to Texas and play the Longhorns. Besides that the schedule is very friendly to them.
