The Pittsburgh Steelers enjoyed their earlier visit to Paul Brown Stadium as they took the first meeting between the teams, with Cincinnati winning the second one. The Bengals defense will be tested as the Steelers are playing some of their best football all season long. Willie Parker and Jerome Bettis will bring a rushing attack that will try and pound the Bengals defense, while Ben Roethlisberger will make safe accurate passes.
Cincinnati’s offense will need to move the ball against the Steelers by mixing up the run and the pass and keep the Pittsburgh defense off balanced. Chad Johnson will be very important in this game and may see double coverage, if he does the other Cincinnati receivers will need to step up and make plays. Rudi Johnson will try and get the ground game going, but I just don’t see them to be able to run against a stout Pittsburgh defense.
My pick, take the Steelers as there playing well and I just don’t see the Bengals ready just yet to take that big of a leap. Pittsburgh 21-20.
